We're looking for an experienced Lead Product Engineer who combines technical mastery, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to develop scalable, cloud-based solutions that support both our ambitions and the needs of our customers.
Your team will be responsible for LHV’s customer data, access, and limits systems — critical components that keep the bank running.
You'll lead the strategic access and limits management project, driving platform-wide impact across LHV.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the technical vision and development strategy within the bank's core functionality area.
Take ownership of system architecture, quality, and the full development lifecycle — with scalability, security, and performance at the core.
Work closely with other lead engineers, architects, and product managers to align business goals with technical vision.
Support and inspire your team — helping them grow, take ownership, and become top
specialists in their field.
Define, maintain, and improve technical standards and best practices that influence the entire organisation.
Drive projects that shape how LHV’s technology platform operates and evolves.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong experience in software development and system architecture —you know your way around containers and AWS.
Experience in a similar role, or the ambition and readiness to step into it.
Ability to lead complex, cross-team, and cross-domain technical initiatives.
Strong business-technical balance — you can align engineering decisions with strategic goals.
Curiosity for modern technologies and practices, and the motivation to bring them into everyday work.
Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Courage to take responsibility, show initiative, and give constructive feedback.
Proficiency in both Estonian and English.
