WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Banks make thousands of decisions every day. Some shape the next quarter. Others shape the next decade. This role helps make sure those decisions are built on a strong understanding of capital, liquidity and financial risks.
You'll work with colleagues across Risk, Treasury and Finance to understand how different scenarios could affect the bank, challenge assumptions and turn complex analysis into practical insights that support better decisions. A key part of your work will be supporting our ICAAP and, where relevant, ILAAP processes, helping ensure the bank remains resilient as we continue to grow.
You'll join us as either a Specialist or Senior Specialist, depending on your experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Help shape better business decisions by analysing capital and liquidity risk and understanding how different factors affect the bank.
Analyse how different scenarios affect the bank's capital, liquidity and funding.
Perform stress testing and turn the results into clear business insights.
Support and coordinate the bank's ICAAP process and, where relevant, the ILAAP process.
Review and challenge assumptions, methodologies and analyses to support better decision-making.
Prepare analyses and materials for senior management, governance committees and regulators.
Help improve how the bank assesses and manages capital and liquidity risk.
Work closely with colleagues across Risk, Treasury, Finance and the wider business.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Enjoy understanding financial data and explaining what it means.
Work well with people from different teams and communicate clearly.
Take ownership and enjoy seeing your work influence important decisions.
Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with Excel.
Excellent written and spoken English.
You'll have an advantage if you have experience with ICAAP or ILAAP, capital, liquidity or financial risk, or analytical tools such as SQL.
