As we scale across Estonia, the UK, and Europe, our internal infrastructure must keep pace. You'll bridge the gap between our traditional systems and cloud environments, architecting a highly secure, hybrid ecosystem and using automation to simplify work for all our employees.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 services across a hybrid environment
Integrate cloud and on-premise services while maintaining a high level of security and full visibility
Find opportunities to simplify everyday work through automation
Contribute to projects that make life easier for internal teams across the business
Document your solutions and decisions clearly, so others can build on your work
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services and how they operate in a hybrid environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Defender, Purview)
Experience with Windows Server services (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, CA)
Solid competence in virtualization, networking, backup, monitoring and high availability
An AI-first mindset and curiosity to explore how AI can improve both your workflow and the solutions you build
Courage to take responsibility, show initiative, and learn constantly
Familiarity with AWS or similar environments is a plus
Proficiency in Estonian language is highly preferred
