We're looking for a dedicated Data & Reporting Risk Manager to join our 2nd Line of Defense (LOD) risk management team. You'll get to shape and oversee this function across the entire LHV Group, while also executing oversight over key controls within LHV Pank.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own and improve our risk management and control standards, and oversee their implementation across the Group
Independently challenge the outcomes of risk and control assessments
Define and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for ongoing risk monitoring
Oversee the management and escalation of significant incidents
Provide expert risk opinions on major data and reporting related changes
Conduct 2nd LOD assurance activities
Support management to ensure risks are identified, assessed, and managed in line with our risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven Experience: You have a background in risk management, audit, data governance, or a similar role with a strong focus on data, reporting, or ICT risk
Strategic & Hands-On: You're goal-oriented, balancing big-picture strategy with a focus on delivery and hands-on execution
Analytical Mindset: You think logically, breaking down complex issues to find the root cause and create actionable insights
Clear Communicator: You build strong arguments and deliver clear, structured messages to any stakeholder
Professional Courage: You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo constructively and escalate issues when necessary
Education: A Master’s degree in Finance, Law, ICT, Mathematics, or a related field is a plus
Language: While this role is fully functional in English, our primary working language is Estonian. Therefore, at least a basic understanding of Estonian is an advantage.
