As Head of Non-Financial Risk, you'll play a key role in helping LHV grow responsibly by shaping how non-financial risks are managed across the bank.
You'll lead our second line function, continuously evolving a practical and forward-looking risk framework that supports informed decision-making, strengthens our control environment and enables the business to move with confidence. Working closely with teams across the bank, you'll provide independent challenge while helping make risk management practical, proportionate and effective.

Leading and developing a team of risk professionals, helping people grow while building a strong, collaborative and high-performing function.
Shaping how non-financial risks are managed across the bank by continuously improving our frameworks, policies and ways of working.
Developing our Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework to enable better, more informed decision-making.
Partnering with teams across the bank, providing independent challenge and helping strengthen our control environment.
Overseeing non-financial risk appetite, incident management and second-line assurance, ensuring material risks are identified, reported and addressed.
Working closely with senior leaders and regulators to help the bank make well-informed, risk-based decisions.
Experience in non-financial risk or related areas such as operational risk, IT risk, resilience, third-party risk, data management or internal control, ideally within financial services.
A good understanding of non-financial risk frameworks, RCSA, governance, incident management and risk appetite.
The ability to provide constructive challenge while building trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
A pragmatic approach to risk management and sound judgement when balancing risk with business needs.
Experience leading and developing people.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and regulators.
