We’re looking for an Automation Lead to shape LHV's overall automation strategy, ensuring every workflow aligns with broader operational objectives.
This role acts as both an architect and an advocate — leading by example through hands-on workflow design while establishing governance standards for quality, scalability and security.
You will ensure that automation evolves into a strategic capability — saving time and reducing errors.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Oversee the automation roadmap, prioritising opportunities with the greatest strategic impact.
Define the architecture for integrations across key systems, establish and evolve automation frameworks.
Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure compliance with data protection and system reliability standards.
Share your expertise both within and outside the company through mentoring, public speaking, and leading by example.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Solid experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier and other related low-code platforms.
An advanced understanding of APIs, data transformations and event-driven architecture.
Experience in scaling automation – designing workflows that can safely accommodate growth.
Excellent communication and roadmap management skills, enabling alignment of automation goals with product and business leadership.
Experience with automation on AI platforms, like Gemini Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise is a strong advantage.
Software development skills are preferred to support and extend automation capabilities.
