We’re looking for a Senior SecOps Engineer who’s ready to get their hands dirty building and scaling modern cloud platforms. In this role, you’ll design resilient infrastructure, lead key operational projects, and continuously fine-tune how we run our systems - because “good enough” isn’t good enough for us.

Design, implement, and optimize complex cloud infrastructure across multi-environment setups.
Take ownership of critical infrastructure components and drive their evolution toward increased resilience and performance.
Establish and maintain cloud engineering best practices, operational standards, and security policies.
Lead the automation of provisioning, configuration, and operations using Infrastructure as Code.
Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and SLI/SLO frameworks.
Proactively identify technical challenges and propose architectural improvements.
Lead incident response for major outages and follow up with root cause analysis and preventative strategies.
Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Collaborate with software teams to implement robust CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Optimize cloud cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
Maintain AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud operations and infrastructure engineering.
Expert-level knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools and techniques (e.g., Terraform/OpenTofu).
In-depth understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns and DevOps best practices.
Proven experience with scalable monitoring tools and observability strategies.
Proficient with container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes.
Familiar with multi-region, multi-account cloud strategies and security frameworks.
Strong experience in leading incident response for distributed production systems.
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (or ability to acquire within 4 months).
Solid grasp of cloud cost optimization principles and tools.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts clearly.
Full working proficiency in English.
