WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Privacy works best when it’s part of everyday decision-making. At LHV, you’ll partner with teams across the group to make complex requirements clear and actionable, helping the business manage risk as it develops products and services. By bringing your expertise into decisions early, you’ll help teams move forward with confidence and make privacy a practical part of how LHV works—not a last-minute check. In doing so, you’ll contribute to responsible innovation and the trust customers place in LHV.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner with product and technology teams to provide practical privacy advice and conduct real-time impact assessments.
Map compliance risks and carry out data-driven internal reviews.
Maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) and privacy policies, and present clear risk reports to management.
Manage privacy incidents.
Liaise with supervisory authorities and participate in industry organizations.
Train colleagues and help build a strong privacy culture across the organization.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A degree in law, along with solid experience in data protection and regulatory analysis.
A good understanding of internal controls and second-line-of-defence principles, ideally in financial services.
An independent, analytical approach and confidence in making sound decisions.
The ability to turn complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
Fluency in Estonian and English.
