We're looking for an experienced Product Engineer who combines strong software engineering skills, product understanding, and ownership to build scalable, cloud-based solutions that support both our ambitions and the needs of our customers.
You'll join a team responsible for LHV’s customer data, access and limits systems – critical components that keep the bank running. It's a rare chance to be part of building new solutions that impact the whole group.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build and improve banking platform functionality across backend services, APIs, and user-facing interfaces.
Solve complex problems that require a deep understanding of the codebase, technical architecture, and system integrations.
Take end-to-end responsibility for solving problems and challenging existing solutions.
Contribute to technical discussions and product planning with ideas that help the product evolve.
Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and support less experienced engineers with technical guidance and constructive feedback.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience in full-stack software development. You are comfortable moving between backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend and know how systems fit together.
Knowledge of containers (Docker, ECS, EKS) and AWS Managed Services (RDS, S3, SQS etc).
A keen interest in leveraging AI to improve efficiency (we use Claude Code).
Clear communication, initiative, willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
Proficiency in Estonian is a plus.
