WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Your work will play an important role in strengthening trust in our regulatory calculations and risk data, helping ensure that key decisions and reporting are based on information we can rely on.
This is a newly established role, giving you the opportunity to help shape how we validate regulatory calculations and Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting (RDARR), bringing your own judgement, ideas and analytical approach to the table.
You don’t just identify that something is wrong — you understand why, explain what it means, and help drive the right outcome.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own independent validation assignments from testing to conclusions and follow-up
Validate regulatory calculations, risk data, reporting and controls
Analyse complex datasets and investigate issues to find the root cause
Interpret banking regulations, including CRR, and test how requirements are implemented
Turn your analysis into clear findings and practical recommendations
Help build better validation methods, testing approaches and analytical tools, including SQL
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Relevant experience in risk, regulatory reporting, finance, audit, validation or data analysis is highly valued
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex calculations, processes and large datasets
Confidence working with complex regulatory texts and applying them in your analysis
An ownership mindset where you’re comfortable working independently, challenging assumptions and standing behind your conclusions
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
SQL skills are a strong advantage, or you’re motivated to develop them
You already reside in Estonia as we don't offer relocation for this role
Proficiency in Estonian language is strongly preferred
