We’re looking for an experienced Content Designer to help define the voice of LHV and shape how our products communicate.
This is our first in-house content design role, so you’ll set the tone — literally — for how we speak to millions of people as we grow into a global brand.
You’ll work mainly across our product surfaces to create clear, consistent and human language. You’ll build the content principles, frameworks and systems that others can use, and you’ll help teams tell the story of a new kind of bank: one that’s intelligent but never cold, and simple but never shallow.
It’s a hands-on leadership role with plenty of autonomy, visibility and impact.

Define LHV’s content design principles, voice and tone guidelines
Shape product copy, interface language and in-app communication across mobile and desktop
Create frameworks and systems that scale consistent writing across teams
Collaborate with designers, product managers and engineers to make complex ideas feel simple and human
Partner with marketing and brand to ensure coherence across every touchpoint
Bring structure to ambiguous projects and help teams communicate clearly through change
Champion accessibility, clarity and inclusivity in every interaction
6+ years of experience in content design, UX writing or product content strategy
Proven experience defining or scaling a content system in a product-led company
A portfolio showing clarity, craft and an ability to make complex topics understandable
Strong collaboration skills and confidence working across disciplines
Experience in financial or technical products is helpful but not required
Curiosity about how AI and design can work together to create more intelligent, human experiences
A builder’s mindset — you enjoy creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist
