WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
This is a hybrid role of a senior system administrator and a software engineer where you'll design, configure, secure, and extend our enterprise Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You'll have the unique opportunity to build custom integrations, automate complex cross-functional workflows, and leverage the newest developer frameworks to connect Atlassian directly to our core infrastructure.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design, build, and maintain our enterprise-grade Atlassian Cloud environment, ensuring it remains scalable, highly available, and secure
Develop custom apps, plugins, and automations using frameworks like Atlassian Forge to connect Jira and Confluence with external systems (such as AWS, Slack, and HR platforms)
Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and design advanced, automated workflows
Establish and enforce best practices for configuration, permissions, access controls, and security compliance across all tools
Act as the primary technical advisor, mentoring colleagues on tool capabilities and helping teams maximize the value of the platform
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level Atlassian setups, directory syncs, and advanced workflows
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java with a proven track rate of building custom APIs and utilizing Webhooks
A background or keen interest in cloud architecture (AWS) and integrating distinct enterprise platforms
Strong communication and collaboration skills to translate business needs into technical solutions
Proficiency in Estonian language is preferred
