WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design and develop reliable, user-friendly solutions that make a real difference for our customers
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs align with technical capabilities
Take part in cross-functional initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve long-term scalability
Proactively identify and solve complex problems
Share your knowledge and help drive engineering excellence across the team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong skills in Java development and familiarity with Angular or similar frameworks
Experience in building technical solutions for complex business logic
Experience in API design and/or service-oriented architecture
Solid competence in working with relational databases
Familiarity with AWS or similar environments
An AI-first mindset and curiosity to explore how AI can improve both your workflow and the products you build
Familiarity with product engineering methodologies
Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Courage to take responsibility, show initiative, and give constructive feedback
Proficiency in Estonian language is a plus
