YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Management: Hire, onboard, mentor, and evaluate Tech Leads and developers; foster a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.

  • Technical Oversight: Define and maintain software architecture; ensure best practices in security, scalability, and compliance are followed.

  • Development Process: Implement and refine agile workflows, quality standards, and testing protocols.

  • Collaboration: Partner with product, DevOps, QA, and compliance teams to align goals; communicate roadmaps, risks, and progress effectively to the CTO.

  • Future Readiness: Stay ahead of emerging technologies; drive architectural innovation, reduce technical debt, and ensure long-term sustainability.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software architecture, backend, and frontend technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Python, React), and cloud environments like AWS.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and drive technical decision-making.

  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance, security best practices, and containerized architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, a self-organized mindset, and a “get-things-done” attitude.

  • Language: Full proficiency in English.
