WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
The LHV mobile app is our primary and most personal channel of communication with our clients.
As a Senior Android Engineer, you will be key to ensuring that our app remains fast, stable, and incredibly easy to use. You will take real ownership of our mobile architecture, driving technical decisions, and mentoring other engineers. By building a clean, modern, and reliable mobile experience, you will directly help us deliver banking services that people genuinely love using every day.

Develop reliable, user-friendly app that make a real difference for our customers
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs align with technical capabilities
Proactively identify and solve complex problems
Share your knowledge and help drive engineering excellence across the team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Extensive experience in Android development, with a strong command of Kotlin, Compose, Java, and XML
Deep understanding of the Google ecosystem
Ability to implement and justify various architectural patterns depending on the specific needs of the project
Willingness to actively participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle
A mindset focused on using AI thoughtfully to solve problems, improve your workflow, and build better products
Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Courage to take responsibility, show initiative, and give constructive feedback
Proficiency in Estonian language is preferred
