We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to help set the vision for how millions of people interact with LHV’s products across mobile, web and desktop.
You’ll bring clarity to complexity, designing experiences that feel effortless and human while powered by intelligence under the hood. You’ll work closely with product, engineering and data teams to explore how AI can make money management more personal, proactive and empowering.
It’s a hands-on design leadership role. You’ll set direction, mentor others and stay close to the details when it matters most.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead design for end-to-end experiences across mobile, desktop and web
Explore and prototype new AI-driven interactions that make financial life easier
Collaborate closely with engineers (React, SwiftUI, etc.) and gradually grow your comfort with front-end implementation
Define the design principles and systems that shape all LHV products
Drive discovery and testing that connects user needs with business goals
Raise the craft bar across the team through feedback, mentorship and storytelling
Partner with leadership to define the next generation of LHV’s product experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
6+ years of product design experience, including leading complex and high-impact work
A portfolio showing clarity, craft and strong systems thinking across platforms
Experience designing for both consumer and enterprise-level challenges
Familiarity with AI-enhanced workflows and curiosity about how they shape design
Strong collaboration skills and confidence in ambiguous environments
Proficiency in Figma and interest in learning how front-end concepts (React, HTML/CSS, SwiftUI) bring designs to life
Passion for creating experiences that are simple, supportive and deliver real results
