WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
You'll help drive data and analytics work across our Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) domain. You'll take projects from opportunity to delivery and help scale the team through automation and self-service tooling.
You'll help build a trusted, scalable data foundation for AML monitoring, screening and customer risk assessment. You'll improve data quality, keep metrics consistent and make insights easier to reach. That removes manual bottlenecks and helps us detect financial crime faster and more accurately. It also lets us show regulators, clearly and with evidence, that our controls work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll work alongside AFC analysts, investigators and engineers, contributing to:
Analysing and optimising transaction monitoring and screening performance, and proposing changes backed by data
Customer risk assessment, through analysis of risk factors and the impact of model changes
Building and maintaining AFC dashboards and management reporting
Defining and documenting metric logic, business definitions and dataset contracts for AFC data
Automating recurring manual analyses and data pulls so AFC teams can self-serve
Working with AML operations, compliance, data engineering and AI teams on data-driven improvements to our financial crime controls
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
SQL/Python proficiency and familiarity with BI tools (preferably Tableau)
Experience with AML, fraud, compliance or other risk analytics is a strong plus
Curiosity, ownership, and a proactive attitude
Clear communication skills, and the ability to translate between business or regulatory questions and data reality
Experience working with AWS and Snowflake is a plus
Proficiency in Estonian language is preferred
