We're building a bank the world actually needs – modern, sharp and genuinely human. We started in Estonia, growing through grit and high standards. Now we're taking on the UK and Europe. The next chapter is about doing the most ambitious work we've ever done, and changing how people experience money.
We run on three values: No Bullshit, Agile, and Never Satisfied. They're not wall art. They're how we make decisions, push each other and show up every day.
We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury and Markets team in Tallinn. We believe in building modern, scalable banking systems that challenge legacy ways of working. In this role, you will automate processes, build quantitative risk models, and directly support how our balance sheet and liquidity are managed in real time.
Build, automate, and maintain robust systems to measure liquidity and market risks
Develop, refine, and maintain quantitative risk models alongside senior specialists
Monitor liquidity and market risk metrics and build proactive monitoring tools
Support the Treasury desk in day-to-day risk management workflows
Deliver analytical insights for business development initiatives, turning complex financial problems into automated, scalable solutions
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Treasury, Financial Risk, Quantitative Analysis, or Banking Operations
Solid technical toolkit: proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or advanced modeling tools
Strong academic background in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related)
Clear understanding of balance sheet dynamics, liquidity metrics, and financial market instruments
High agency, obsession with precision, and a natural instinct to automate manual work
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Fluent Estonian and English
Meaningful work and real impact on our financial infrastructure
Fast-track learning alongside top market experts in finance and tech
Support for professional development and industry certifications (e.g. CFA, FRM)
Banking has been ugly, slow and impersonal for too long. We're fixing that with solutions that respect people's intelligence and technology that actually works for them.
If that sounds like the kind of problem worth working on, let's talk.
