We're building a bank the world actually needs – modern, sharp and genuinely human. We started in Estonia, growing through grit and high standards. Now we're taking on the UK and Europe. The next chapter is about doing the most ambitious work we've ever done, and changing how people experience money.
We run on three values: No Bullshit, Agile, and Never Satisfied. They're not wall art. They're how we make decisions, push each other and show up every day.
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own our website experience for private and business customers, across Estonia and the UK.
This is a hands-on role for someone with an exceptional eye for craft and detail. You'll work alongside another designer to shape how hundreds of thousands of people first experience LHV, often before they're even customers. You'll also bring that same eye to broader creative and graphic design work, so range matters as much as depth.
You'll design and build using tools like Framer, Figma Sites and Claude Code. Our website sits apart from internet banking, so this role is fully focused on the public-facing experience.
Own the design of our website for private and business customers, across Estonia and the UK
Partner closely with other designers to drive the website forward together
Bring motion design into the website experience, from micro-interactions to larger moments
Take on broader creative and graphic design work, from campaign assets to brand touchpoints
Maintain a high bar for visual craft and consistency across everything you ship
Work closely with Product, Brand, Marketing and the Head of Design to keep the website aligned with the wider business and brand direction
Strong experience designing and shipping websites, with a portfolio that shows range and craft
Demonstrable motion design skills, shown directly within past website work
Comfort designing and building in tools like Framer, Figma Sites, or similar no-code/low-code platforms
Curiosity about using AI tools like Claude Code to move faster from design to shipped website
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a peer designer and wider team
Own a highly visible, public-facing surface of a global bank in transformation
Teams in London, Leeds, Tallinn and Tartu who genuinely care about getting it right
The tools, trust and autonomy to work the way great creatives work
Build something that lasts long after you've moved on
Banking has been ugly, slow and impersonal for too long. We're fixing that with design that respects people's intelligence and technology that actually works for them.
If that sounds like the kind of problem worth working on, let's talk.
